Community Yoga Classes at Pure Vision Healing Center

Monday to Friday 5:45 to 6:30 am Silent Calm Abiding Meditation
Monday to Friday: 6:30 to 8:00 Hatha Yoga Flow Open level (beginners welcome)
Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 9:00 Open for quiet practice

Resident teacher Amber is a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in Ashtanga, Iyengar and also traditional Hatha Yoga styles. She likes to facilitate a kind and relaxed yet challenging class focusing on integration of breath, movement and meditation all culminating in the grace that comes with ease in practice. There will be special attentiveness to the practitioners safety and individual needs in all poses.

Guest teachers are welcome and will be announced

Please bring your own yoga mat or cushion if you can.

Classes offered on sliding scale in accordance with your needs for donation to Wind Horse Project initiatives.

Important: Our Yoga Hall is in a residential area so we ask that you please wait at the door without knocking until we come to open it for you at 5:45, 6:30 and 8 am.

Location: Boudha Stupa, Stupa Track Road (keep to the right)
Pure Vision Healing /Sorig Tibetan Medical Center
Entrance is the blue door just in front of the Medical center entrance.

Directions: Inside of Boudha Circle (Kora) enter Stupa Track Road right across from the Ajima Shrine.
Walk just a minute or two up this road and keep to your right when the road branches. If you go to the left that will take you to the Hyatt and we want to keep right path. On your right you will see a sign for Pure Vision Healing Center which has tinted windows (to protect the herbal medicines) right before that is a blue gate with a door. And that is us!
